ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Clearly articulate strategies and processes to all agency teams, ensuring alignment with client's operational modalities, systems, and other essential procedures.
  • Initiate new operational frameworks (like playbooks, monitoring mechanisms) to guarantee consistent excellence across teams. This also includes preemptive insight generation, management, and resolution of client service concerns.
  • Regularly provide client-requested reports, including but not limited to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), engagement tracking and commercial oversight.
  • Develop and maintain a profound understanding of the IPG network and its service offerings, ensuring effective response to organic new business opportunities by assembling fit for purpose response teams.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in global agency leadership, account management, global client operations and/or new business roles.
  • Strong executive demeanor coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Demonstrated capability in fostering robust relationships and achieving goals across a wide and diverse stakeholder group, which includes senior client and agency leaders.
  • A balance of visionary strategy and operational expertise with a results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility in handling a diverse range of projects - from strategic to operational and financial.
  • Extensive global experience with the capability to manage and cater to regional teams across all time zones.
  • Robust skills in data analysis and presentation; a keen eye for detail.
