The Head of Nursing & Clinical Informatics, leader opportunity represents the voice of our users - the caregiver - in all aspects of our business. They will be responsible for driving a caregiver-first approach in our products and services and will work very closely with our Head of Product to ensure our workflows, designs, and overall product strategy aligns with our ambitions of offering the most user-friendly, clinically superior, and efficient EHR in the industry. This position will also be the primary 'Clinical face' of MatrixCare to the industry and will act as the Subject Matter Expert of our products - driving visibility of our differentiators through sales support, publications, and industry education.
Principal Responsibilities
- Design and implement mechanisms to capture the voice of the caregiver for all aspects of the Product life cycle from ideation, validation, design, development, implementation, and enhancement.
- Work closely with users/providers to design and implement quantifiable measurements for the efficacy of the MatrixCare EHR, thereby setting the groundwork for publication of whitepapers, clinical studies etc.
- Work closely with the ResMed Clinical & Regulatory Affairs team to drive initiatives at the corporate, industry, and government levels to advance the cause of caregivers and the use of the MatrixCare suite of solutions.
- Lead the awareness and education of caregivers in the workforce for the 'MatrixCare Ready' strategy.
- Support our commercial teams in the field to drive awareness and sales
- Regularly participate in industry forums, conferences, and educational initiatives to highlight the efficacy and efficiencies of MatrixCare and its solutions.
Education and Experience
- RN; Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree
- BSN
- Formal education and demonstratable experience in Clinical informatics
- Demonstratable experience in implementation of technology platforms at multi-facility organizations (>25 facilities, >500 beds) in the LT-PAC industry
- Prior experience as Director/Assistant Director of Nursing in the LT-PAC setting

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:
$170,000.00 - 254,000.00
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
