We are currently seeking a Head of Graphic Design to support the Design Team by:

• Managing and directing all packaging for the home and pet department which includes market research for all products, cross departmental coordination and communication, reviewing and approving all artwork
• Managing and directing Product Photography for packaging, websites & promotional materials
• Overseeing and ensuring brand consistency and quality for all works
• Coordinate and communicate with factories overseas. Collaborate internally conceptualize & execute creative solutions
• Working on company packaging for various products across multiple categories and our esteemed brands.
• Manage Graphic projects from conception to delivery

• Maintaining, as needed, all current brands along with their various supporting elements such as website, catalogs, marketing materials, stationary etc.
• Overseeing and producing product photography for use in packaging, web, e-comm, social media, catalogs, etc.
• Manage all digital and social media content as needed including e-commerce photography.
• Serve as a Creative Resource for the Design Team and company as a whole.
• Work alongside the design team as needed to work on graphic content, packaging, and illustrations

Qualifications:

• BFA in Graphic Design or other related design experience.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Design Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Team player that can manage and inspire, as well as design alongside the Graphic Design team
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Experience in managing brand consistency for mass retail

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
