Form of workThe Elevate program works with underserved small businesses through ads education and community. We are seeking a strategic and operationally-savvy program manager to build programs that drive scalable, holistic and equitable business outcomes, in its goal to better serve and engage historically-underrepresented communities via our platforms and in service of Meta’s mission and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Elevate program and lead a cross functional team to drive annual objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales, ads , Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and various vendors to ensure a smooth product development process
- Design and execute strategic and operational practices that enable the audience to get the learning and resources to increase their online presence and work to develop and optimize metrics that drive business goals for Meta, our partners, and the communities.
- The role will utilize a full range of operational and program management skills to help keep our teams on track, contribute to our team culture, share learnings about the industry, and leverage interpersonal skills as you collaborate with other cross-functional teams.
- Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve program team efficiency and impact
- Measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively
- Facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, and establishing clear next steps and owners and resolving blocks that impede progress.
- Manage program communication and proactively connect with partners in other offices or disciplines to make them aware of the programs and how they can provide support
- Managing program budget
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years of marketing experience
- Experience working with cross functional teams from strategic planning through execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong management of cross functional teams to reach desired goals
- Operational and program management skills to help keep our teams on track, contribute to our team culture, share learnings about the industry, and leverage interpersonal skills as you collaborate with other cross-functional teams.
- Successful in fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and keen knowledge to identify problems and proactively work towards solutions
- Excellent communicator and presenter to cross functional and external audiences
- Experience working with small businesses
- Experience working with underrepresented communities
- Knowledge of Meta products, Meta the company, and social media
