We are on a path toward a goal of $100M in ARR and significant profitability over the next several years.

As the Head of Demand Generation your primary focus will be to grow our database of qualified leads and prospects which will ultimately translate to qualified pipeline and closed-won deals.

You will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and be responsible for all facets of the company’s Demand Generation strategy while also leading a team of BDRs.


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Be the expert on finding and targeting our buyers and buying influencers; bring new inbound and outbound campaign ideas, channels, and tactics based on the target market and buyer persona insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales team to craft and execute highly effective demand gen programs that target our buyers, generate interest, and drive conversion.
  • Create full-funnel integrated campaigns that leverage inbound marketing tactics such as search, social media, digital advertising, and email marketing.
  • Develop always-on programs that help nurture and educate our target audience.
  • Lead our digital marketing paid programs (SEM) and manage the execution with external partner agencies.
  • Lead and manage the BDR team to support both the inbound and outbound tactics.
  • Drive high-touch ABM campaigns and events.
  • Partner with sales and product leadership to execute 3rd party and SundaySky events.
  • Drive key business metrics including campaign conversion, qualified leads (MQLs & SQLs), pipeline conversion, program ROI, and more.
  • Use and analyze marketing scorecard data to optimize conversions and make better performance decisions.

Requirements:

Foundational Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of Demand/lead gen experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record leading demand gen programs at scale that drive key business metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; highly communicative and independent, while being able to enlist the support of others.
  • Highly proficient with the following tools & technologies:
  • Marketing automation, such as Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.
  • CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Google marketing suite: Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, etc

Experience with building efficient, data-driven lead generation programs:

  • Expand qualified lead pool with an eye towards smooth flows and predictability
  • Build efficiency across all digital lead generation channels including paid social, digital, and paid syndicated programs
  • Develop a regular cadence of data-driven marketing insights that enable the team to accelerate what works and stop what does not
  • Execute iterative “test and learn” tactics across existing content marketing programs to develop a fully planned content creation and deployment strategy
  • Leverage and communicate marketing performance data and analytics to support investment strategy
  • Experience with ABM and/or B2B e-commerce strategies, a plus
  • Experience developing and leading BDR function

  • Demonstrated success in simultaneously working successfully with multiple objectives (management team, team members, customers, and partners)

Industry Domain Expertise (Value-add but not a Must-Have):

  • Experience selling value-based capabilities to our ICP & buyer personas
  • Experience selling video capabilities to our ICP
  • Experience selling data-driven personalization capabilities to our ICP
  • Experience selling CX capabilities to our ICP
  • Experience collaborating with CX industry partners for direct sales execution (ie. adobe, salesforce, etc)
