Job description

As the Head of Customer Success at Chargezoom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. This Director-level position is a perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for driving Customer Success, building high-performing teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. While prior VP experience is not required, the successful candidate should be ready to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our Customer Success function.

Description

  • Customer Success Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to achieve customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction goals. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management:Oversee all stages of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to expansion and renewal. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer value and ensure long-term relationships.

  • Customer Onboarding and Training: Create and streamline customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Develop training programs for new customers and collaborate with CSMs to provide ongoing training and support.

  • Customer Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer accounts. Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Customer Success department. Collaborate with executive and management peers to align departmental goals with the overall company vision.

  • Playbook Creation: Create and maintain playbooks and best practices for the Customer Success team, utilizing tools like HubSpot to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize customer data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making, ensuring that Customer Success initiatives are data-driven and effective.

  • Customer Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for them to become advocates, references, or case studies that showcase Chargezoom's value proposition.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute Customer Success strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Customer-centric attitude and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a Director-level role is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
