By leading and mentoring a team of Content producers, writers, graphic designers, videographers, freelance employees and external agencies, you'll bring to life the stories of all the amazing things that happen in thousands of classrooms across the country at KinderCare Learning Companies, the largest and most accredited provider of child care and early learning in the US. 

You'll guide the concept and development of customer-focused content assets, that will be deployed in digital, marketing, and family communications channels, showing how the children in our care participate in learning experiences that support every stage of their development and lead the creation of Content that helps families secure a spot in one of our locations; understand how their child is progressing socially, emotionally, and academically; and interact with our brands and our business across our marketing channels. Through it all, you'll tell the heartwarming stories of the emotional bonds we build with families, children, clients, our communities, and one another.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, engage and develop an impactful team of creative professionals.
  • Manage external partners and agencies to deliver prioritized content.
  • Ensure all content reflects a customer-focused, digital-first nature.
  • Build meaningful partnerships across the organization to influence and drive brand and messaging consistency.
  • Influence others with clear, compelling vision and direction and ensure content aligns with the established standards of each of our brands.
  • Participate as an active member of our Leadership Team to guide the Marketing organization.
  • Synthesize data, strategic plans, and customer insights into content strategies and assets to fuel digital and analog customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with leaders in Growth Marketing and Digital Marketing to ensure content development is aligned to marketing strategies, insights, digital channels, and digital products.
  • Ensure performance metrics are understood and achieved by the team.
  • Stay plugged into the landscape of technology, content and brand trends and help to identify new ways to connect and engage with different audiences.
  • Steward all aspects of visual, voice, messaging, and positioning, while infusing it across digital and in-center channels to engage in each stage of the customer journey.
  • Build a digital-first mentality to content creation to ensure that content assets are used appropriately and scalable across digital channels and products.
  • Balance business outcomes with content to ensure the right mix of science and emotion.
  • Ensure our content is representative of our customers, clients, employees and communities.
  • Guide ongoing improvements to brand guidelines, assets, tools and resources.
  • Increase efficiencies, timelines, budgets, and productivity and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Oversee center design, work closely with our Design & Constructions teams to build cost-efficient and productive locations aligned to brand standards.
  • Ten to fifteen years in Marketing leadership.
  • Track record in building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled in pulling together and collaborating with the business, operations, marketing and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience with digital-first content development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
  • A really great sense of humor!
