Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the continued development, coordination, communication and enforcement of a standardized global compensation program.

  • Develop a strong level of business acumen to enable relevant compensation programming to motivate and engage employees and contribute to business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of and manage the company's global compensation framework, including a new job leveling structure tied to the compensation framework.
  • Manage and administer all company compensation programs including executing global market surveys, analysis and reporting to support overall compensation philosophy.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective implementation, adoption and application of the Company's compensation philosophy, pay grades and position leveling.
  • Lead/oversee company compensation review process (quarterly salary reviews, profit share and long-term incentives)
  • Assist with the development of road map for achieving reward strategies to support the Company's strategic business goals.
  • Execute various compensation program re-design projects as dictated by business needs to include high-level project management, partnering with internal and external resources, and ensuring that projects are on-time and on-budget, while achieving desired goals and objectives.
  • Design and administer global job descriptions/job codes to ensure consistency, compliance and global regulations are met.
  • Review and oversee ongoing bench marking requests and align to new global compensation framework.
  • Primarily responsible for review of CD&A and annual proxy tables.
  • Develop and manage all global communications as they relate to compensation/Total Rewards programs

Role Requirements

  • Previous work and familiarity with implementing global compensation programs; designing and developing incentive plans, designing alternative reward systems; job evaluation; market pricing and executive compensation.
  • Prior experience working for a public company with accountability for related SEC reporting requirements
  • Strong understanding of short and long-term incentive compensation programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to think flexibly and about the bigger picture
  • High desire for continuous improvement
  • Self-directed and able to work in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong Global knowledge of legal requirements impacting compensation administration.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes and policies preferred
  • Ability to work well with and manage a small team

The base salary range provided below will be commensurate with candidate experience. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

New York City Pay Range:
$173,800—$206,800 USD
