We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Account Management to join our team. This role is focused on Hawke Media’s oversight and management of client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Head of Account Management will be responsible for leading a team of Account managers, driving account growth, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic Account Management plans to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee a team of Account managers and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure their success in managing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client campaigns.
- Monitor account health and performance, identify opportunities for account growth, and develop and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.Analyze data and prepare reports to track account performance, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose new strategies and solutions to clients.
- Act as the main point of escalation for any client-related issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency,managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver results that consistently exceed expectations.
- Analytical mindset and strong data analysis skills to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Hubspot), project management tools, and MS Office & Google suite.
