Head Housekeeper

• . A housekeeping manager, or Head Housekeeper, has overall responsibility for cleaning rooms, laundering bed linen, cleaning common areas, parking lot and writing up of any maintenance work . Ensure hotel standards and guidelines are met.
• Hiring and training new housekeepers: informs new employees of property regulations, inspects completed assignments, and requisitions supplies.
• Draw up duty rosters
• Inspect the maintenance of the facilities within their assigned areas, ensuring that the cleaning duties are done efficiently.
• Motivate the staff and keep their morale high.
• Organize maintenance and repair of guestrooms.
• Be responsible for the redecoration and refurbishing of rooms, lobbies, and so on.
• Provide a budget to the management, and undertake budget control and forecasting

• Reports to the General Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
