Job Description Must have Coaching certification, CPR, and First Aid. Also do concussion on line class and rules and regulation.
Must have a national BCI, complete a W-4, and complete an I-9 which requires us to see in person either a valid passport or BOTH a drivers license and social security card or drivers license and birth certificate. THESE FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED IN PERSON IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE.
ALL paperwork must be completed prior to coaching if hired.
