As an Athletic Coach, you will not only develop athletic skills but also instill Christian values, preparing students to lead with integrity and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Coach student athletes to develop their skills and character, playing a vital role in nurturing tomorrow's Christian leaders.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to set expectations and goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of student athletes during practice and games.
- Serve as a positive role model, embodying Christian values and principles.
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to support the overall athletic program.
Requirements:
- Strong commitment to Christian values and principles.
- Experience coaching student athletes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students and parents.
- Willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities.
