The role you will play:
- Reports to Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Mgr.
- Will work with the QA Manager on developing formulations/solutions to customer needs
- Will be responsible for analyzing and verifying the viability of those formulations for manufacture
- Will provide analysis on all liquid and solid products as well as testing of those products
- Will assist in resolving quality issues inherent to manufacturing, packaging & shipping
- Will be responsible for all aspects of the lab
- Will coordinate with the sales force all sampling/testing requests and ensure timely results
- Will perform all their duties in compliance with all regulatory agencies as well as ASQ & TQM protocols
- Will be available to work appropriate hours based on seasonal demand

Background Profile:
- Must have a BS degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Prefer Recent Grads with an Agriculture Background
- You will be knowledgeable, inquisitive, and eager to learn
- Knowledge of Agronomy & Fertilizers is a plus
- Will have in-depth knowledge of the Periodic Table
- Will have a solid understanding of blending Bases & Acids
- Ideally, will have experience developing and verifying formulations
- Dealing with Fertilizers - will understand the volatile nature of chemicals
- Will have a solid knowledge of all aspects of lab equipment
- Will have specific experience working with FlameAA and ICP Machines
- Will be Computer Proficient with the requisite programs necessary to do their job
