Job Description
Harrigan's Pub is a fast paced, high volume restaurant at the Jersey Shore.
We have Immediate opening for Cook position with experience (Line, Saute, Grill, and Prep)
Position is for year round employment, not seasonal.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cooking in a full service restaurant.
- Able to maintain consistency of current Harrigan's Pub menu while creating new seasonal menu items.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prepare entrees in a timely manner
- Able to work days, nights and weekends (Full time time; part time position available)
- Serve Safe Certification recommended
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in a high volume establishment
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- Strong knowledge of Harrigan's Pub menu
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances on a daily bases.
Extended Responsivilities:
- Ability to oversee all aspects of cooking, lead kitchen staff, and monitor inventory,
