Established in 2003 and hailing from Los Angeles, our well-Established Catering company, now located in Phoenix, Arizona, is renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Specializing in high-volume corporate catering from Monday to Friday, we serve 750-1000 people daily, managing 15-25 deliveries on average. Our commitment to excellence has positioned us as a leader in the industry, and we are now seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to join our team.

Position: Head Chef

Responsibilities:

  • - Lead a team of 10+ kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
  • - Oversee high-volume corporate catering operations, ensuring excellence in every dish
  • - Prepare a diverse range of menu items, including sauces, meats, and specialty dishes such as vegan and gluten-free options
  • - Manage the entire catering process, from cooking to hotboxing and timely delivery to clients' locations or offices
  • - Contribute to menu development and ensure culinary offerings align with corporate catering standards
  • - Uphold kitchen sanitation and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • - Proven experience in a leadership role within a corporate catering or high-volume kitchen setting
  • - Strong culinary skills with expertise in preparing sauces, meats, and accommodating dietary preferences, including vegan and gluten-free dishes
  • - Ability to manage and lead a team of 10+ kitchen staff
  • - Familiarity with the demands of high-volume corporate catering, including coordination of multiple deliveries daily
  • - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • - Understanding of the corporate catering model and commitment to delivering outstanding service

Requirements:

  • - Minimum 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role
  • - Availability to work 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • - ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

  • - Competitive annual salary starting at $85,000+
