WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
  • Answers telephones, directs calls and takes messages; greets visitors; sorts mail
  • Ensures egg tickets, egg sales and transfers, sets, hatches, and chick tickets are accurately entered into M Tech
  • Reviews hourly employees’ time in Kronos; prepares time reports for management approval; prepares PAFs for vacation requests, funeral pay, and jury duty pay; distributes payroll checks
  • Enter purchase request in Maintscape for approval by hatchery management; checks packing slips against items ordered and prepares receivers; communicates with vendors for pricing and to resolve problems
  • Complies data and generates weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Provides benefit forms to employees and assists them to fill out forms correctly; forwards forms to Benefit Counselor
  • Maintains files of all required forms and paperwork
  • Ensures chick placement is evenly distributed between PMV and Ashland plant according to latest requirements
  • Communicates with other departments within the company and with our growers
  • Cooperates during auditing by providing required documentation
  • Maintains DOT driver files
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
  • You must be experienced with technology and computers.
  • You must have a professional demeanor and be trustworthy of keeping sensitive material to yourself.
  • High School Graduate
  • 1 to 2 years experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
  • You will be working in a typical office setting within a poultry manufacturing facility.
  • You'll be working with office equipment everyday.
