Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Hat Shaper to join our team. As a Hat Shaper, you will be responsible for fabricating and shaping hats using various tools and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and attention to detail. If you have experience in hat shaping, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Fabricate and shape hats according to specific designs and customer requests
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hat shaping or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if required
