Job Description:
Harvest/Trim Technicians are responsible for the harvesting, trimming and processing of cannabis. They must be comfortable working in a highly regulated industry and adhere to all CCC regulations. They must handle products with care and ensure that all SOPs and quality standards are being followed. They will help support daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and ensure that all supplies and tools are being maintained and cleaned.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the harvesting, trimming and processing of cannabis flower
- Ensure that SOP and quality standards are being followed at all times
- Maintaining a sanitary, and organized workplace
- Understanding and adhering to all CCC regulations
- Manage time effectively to meet production goals
- Consistent tracking of productivity and inventory
- Knowledge of METRC to ensure state regulatory requirements
- Other duties assigned

Shift: Sunday- Thursday 4:30p-1am
8-hour shift
Location: Lakeville, MA
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Must take showers and wash hair thoroughly before each shift in order to effectively prevent contamination in the facility
- Experience with state cannabis tracking (METRC) processing system
- Able to pass a drug and background screening
- Able to obtain and maintain MA agent Registration card
- Able to Lift 75 lbs and Push/Pull 100 lbs
- Able to repeatedly perform the following tasks: sit, stand, stoop, stretch, bend, twist, reach, carry, lift, push, and pull
