What we do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with maintaining job postings on company website and other job boards
