Job Description
We are looking for a hardware test engineer to join a team developing end of line testers on a manufacturing floor.
This will be supporting manufacturing lines developing complex circuit boards that will go into generators, engines, and transfer switches.
This person will need to have a strong hardware engineering background and proficiency with common hardware testing tools such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital multimeters etc.
They also will need a strong understanding of engineering principles having to do with circuit board development; Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes, Inductors, etc.
All of these end of line tests are automated using a homegrown automation environment using a .NET platform.
This person does not need to architect software test systems from scratch, but should have enough familiarity to take an existing test and alter in to create a test for a new product/board.
This person will be helping to design these automated tests that will be deployed at manufacturing facilities all around the globe.
This person will need to be familiar with generating test specifications and test procedures.
This is a hybrid role, typically 2-3 days on site per week.
The onsite work may fluctuate depending on where they are at in the test product release. Some parts will require more onsite, hands-on work and some parts will require less and more documentation.

BSEE, BSCE or BSEET
3+ years of hardware testing
3+ years of developing automated manufacturing test systems for electronics (.NET/LabVIEW/TestStand, etc)
1+ year of recent .NET experience for automated test with any OO language; C#, C++, Java, etc
