Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control seeking an experience circuit card designer for Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead engineering position. Candidate will serve as hardware Power IPT lead. The position will be responsible for leading the team executing hardware design and analysis for various missile hardware assembly including the antennas, the power subsystems, Ignition Safety Device (ISD), flight termination system, and on-board telemetry. This position also owns the responsibility for launcher electrical integration and production and sustainment test set interface definition and fulfillment on the missile side. This position will work with and technically manage subcontractors for the communications antennas, the ISD, and the battery supplier. This project has an aggressive schedule, so the candidate needs to have direct experience with all phases of the product development process, especially conceptual design through DVT/qual. Candidate is expected to be a player/coach with hands-on responsibilities as well as leadership responsibilities. The candidate may also serve as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) which will require project management skills, financial, and leadership. As lead, candidate will be the main point of contact (POC) when it comes to program success. Tasks may include complex digital and analog circuit card design evaluation, mentor other circuit designer, supplier management and oversight, and system integration and test support. Additional activities include design evaluation and peer reviews, coordination of test activities among across various functions, provide inputs to formal documentation, and support of system/subsystem/component trade studies.

Basic Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in Circuit card design in power electronics design and development
- Strong experience in Circuit card design in analog

- Experience in team leadership

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $109,500 - $209,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
