We are currently looking for Subcontracting Crews who are local to Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and surrounding suburbs.

Responsibilities:

• At least one year of experience with vinyl and/or fiber cement siding
• Tear off siding, install house wrap, install new j-channel
• Repair work of installs, Install flashing and complete Siding Installs with metal panels
• Thoroughly clean job site
• Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems (must have one English speaking member of your crew)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least one year of installation experience - fiber cement
• Quality workmanship & excellent communication
• Motivated, organized, disciplined
• Need proper insurance and licensing, unless working independently
