With a rotating nanny schedule, we understand the importance of work-life balance, offering a unique 3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off arrangement. This schedule ensures that you have time for your personal life while providing continuous care and support to our children.

Your role will extend beyond basic childcare to becoming a trusted mentor, helping our children absorb essential life lessons. You should be an independent thinker, capable of taking initiative and crafting engaging and educational experiences.

Position Details:

• Location: West Boca Raton, FL (within 30 minutes' commute)
• Schedule: Rotational 3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off
• Typical Day: 12-13 hours (ensuring work-life balance)
• Responsibilities: Typical nanny duties including driving kids to/from school and appointments, preparing meals, ensuring hygiene, and more.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in childcare, teaching, or mentoring roles
• Genuine passion for working with children and nurturing their growth
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
