Handyman/Cleaner

Local real estate company is seeking an individual to assist with cleaning and maintenance of local buildings and properties. General handyman and cleaning capabilities preferred. Position is to fill part time with the potential for full time down the line. Landscaping capabilities are a plus.

```Duties```

- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Light maintenance and repair such as filter replacement, light bulbs, light maintenance/handyman responsibilities as they may arise.

- Light Landscaping such as weeding, lawn mowing, picking up debris around grounds.

- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment

```Skills```

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems for basic troubleshooting

- Leadership skills to supervise cleaning staff effectively

- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

- Experience in facilities maintenance including welding and repairs

- Strong customer service skills to interact with building occupants

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Fishkill, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
