Who are we? Tom’s Complete Construction (TCC) is a construction company that completes property renovations on Single-Family Homes, Duplexes, and smaller multi-family buildings. The construction team works in conjunction with Fischer Asset Management to carry out property renovations and typical property management functions for maintenance and day-to-day operations.
The cool part about us – we are growing rapidly. Ownership has been purchasing property faster than renovations are being completed, so we are constantly attempting to hire for skilled maintenance and construction personnel to meet that demand. We believe the job market is filled with individuals searching for a company that they can grow with and offer the opportunity for advancement.
TCC feels strongly that the properties we are renovating are creating improved and better-quality housing options out in the communities we do work in. So what will this role do for us then?
