Handyman Technician

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Perform repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, repairing appliances, and patching walls
- Install and maintain various equipment and systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 50 per week
