• An engineering degree and four years of experience leading a team of engineers is required
• Pay is up to a maximum of $85,000
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• No remote as this is an onsite position

• Performing staff management duties for no more than 30% of the time
• Designing industrial heat transfer systems in 2D AutoCAD nearly 70% of the time
• Producing a variety of engineering drawings
• Working with all the company products

The background of the successful candidates should include the following:

• Eight years of professional 2D AutoCAD mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment
• Four years of experience leading engineers
• Possess a desire to only design in 2D AutoCAD (customers require 2D AutoCAD designs and not 3D AutoCAD designs)
• An engineering degree
• Possess a solid work history free of multiple short-term jobs
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
