Hand Leather And Fabric Cutter

• Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cut various fabrics in single and multiple piles on cutting tables with manual cutting equipment.
  • Organized and can prioritize cutting according to needs of the production team
  • Apply patterns, mark and cut various shapes using a straight knife or a round knife
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Candidate must have cutting experience.

• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
• Results and deadline-oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Thrives in a changing and dynamic environment
• 2 years of Hand Cutting experience 

 Physical demands and abilities

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, reaching
• Able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally
• Available to work weekends or overtime as needed
• Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
