Drybar is a hair salon that specializes in blowouts! We have two locations in Milwaukee County and are currently hiring Hair Stylists.
The locations are:
Third Ward at 324 E Silver Spring Dr
Whitefish Bay at 243 E Buffalo St
If you work as a hairstylist at Drybar, you can expect the following:
- Make an average of $18-30/hour, including tips and commission, depending on hours.
- We are looking for stylists who can work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- There is also availability from Monday to Thursday, depending on the location.
- They also offer paid training for blowouts, braids, and updos.
- Kick a$$ dress code: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim.
- A fantastic, fun, family-feel shop culture
- Full-time stylists will receive healthcare benefits, paid time off, Roth IRA matching, and AFLAC.
- Part-time stylists are offered AFLAC.
Stylists are expected to provide the following:
- An exceptional client experience
- Sell amazing products, tools, and memberships - It's easy because our clients love us!
- Keep the shop clean- because we love to keep the shop fresh!
- Be a part of the team and attend regular meetings- because we love to connect with you!

To apply for the position, you need the following:
- A current and valid cosmetology license
- You also need to have impressive hair styling and finishing skills
- A desire to provide exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work with a team.
Cosmetology students can also apply for a receptionist position to gain salon experience. However, you must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist.
