POSITION TITLE:H5H STORE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of owning / running a business
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Money management skills
Position Specifics:
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- Location: High 5 Heights and Training Center
- Works all days students are present, including summer school
- $48,000 (funded through IDEA)
- Housed at H5H store (office)
- Oversees the running and managing of the High 5 Heights store
- Supervise store employees / students
- Assist with managing store job coaches
- Communicate with Training Center job coach re: stock & inventory
- Maintain inventory for H5H store and inform team about low stock (note: stock will be ordered following a team meeting. Only stock that is selling well can be re-ordered by the Store Manager without approval)
- Informs Vocational Coordinator / ATP Coordinator re: student product stock for H5H.
- Make sure Square POS system is functional every day
- Maintain quality control of all H5H products
- Responsible for Record Keeping (communicating re: cash needs, deposit slips)
- Oversee store safety (lock up store, turn off machines).
- Ensure store cameras are functioning.
- Work with Admin team & ATP to determine pricing
- Work with store staff and students to create new displays throughout the store
- Work with store staff and students to change displays for various seasons
- Responsible for opening and closing of the store
- Create a list of supplies needed including bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Meet weekly with Vocational Coordinator to discuss H5H operations
- Submits orders to the ATP teachers with CC: to Jim M & Alison W
