Gym Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome member by getting them checked in for class as well as any visitors

- Answer incoming phone calls and handle them accordingly

- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times

- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the office

- Assist with store sales for both the gym and supplements

- Make sure the back gym area is kept clean and presentable at all times

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist/front desk or in a similar role is preferred

- Comfortable handling money

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Experience working in a gym or retail setting is a bonus
