Job Overview:
USA Performance Academy is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Manager/Trainer to lead and expand our team of personal trainers, massage therapists, and physical therapists. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for sports performance and wellness. You will not only be responsible for hiring and managing personnel but also for promoting sports performance classes and engaging in personal training. Salary: Part-time salary of $1,200/month for 10+ hours per week dedicated to hiring and administrative duties, plus commission.

Commission: 10% of all business generated in the gym.

Total Take Home Potential: $1,200 Salary, 20 hours of personal training $1,800 a month, 10% commission (864 hourly slots monthly 10% of $80 sessions is $6,912) for a total monthly earnings potential of $9,912 monthly thats about 85% capacity for the space. at 50% capacity - 496 hourly slots monthly the earning potential is $3,974 in commission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the hiring process for personal trainers, massage therapists, and physical therapists, ensuring a team of qualified and passionate professionals.
• Promote sports performance classes to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Conduct at least 5 hours of personal training sessions per week with clients, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the gym's visibility and attract new clients.
• Oversee the management of the gym's operations, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate effective exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to clients and staff.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a management role within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Experience as a Personal Trainer, with a strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage a team.
• Experience in marketing, promotion, and business development within the fitness industry.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Marketing and promotion skills, with experience in strategies that drive business growth.
• Management skills, with a track record of effectively leading a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week for managerial duties and 5 hours per week for personal training sessions.
