Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Contractor to administer eQMS software, test solutions, author SOPs, and create training materials. This role is integral to our mission of delivering fast, efficient, and compliant eQMS solutions to our clients in the biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• eQMS Software Administration: Manage and oversee the administration of eQMS software solutions like Veeva, MasterControl, Smartsolve, Qualio, Trackwise, and Nemedio.
• Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing of eQMS solutions in Sandbox and Test environments, ensuring the software meets the specific needs of our clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biologics sectors.
• SOP Authoring: Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Training Material Development: Create comprehensive eQMS training materials tailored to the needs of our diverse client base.
• Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Potential for Growth: This role offers the opportunity to grow into more senior positions within our organization, with the potential for involvement in more complex projects and client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of eQMS software such as Veeva, MasterControl, Smartsolve, Qualio, Trackwise, and Nemedio.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance, ITQA, Quality Systems, Computer System Validation, Migration, and Configuration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and concise SOP authoring.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, Computer Science).
• Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role in the biotech industry.
