WE ARE HIRING A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST! The Receptionist at sets the tone for our dealership by being the welcoming first impression for our guests. We are looking for a mature, consistently reliable, customer service focused receptionist.
The front desk receptionist:
- Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.
- Is an outstanding listener and information source.
- Helps customers and visitors by interacting with them in a professional, courteous manner and contacting the correct personnel with exceptional customer service.
- Performs light data entry and processes payments of cash and credit
- Communicates with the sales team to direct the flow of customers
- Provides administrative assistance as needed
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, high volume reception, etc.).
Candidates must have:
- a pleasant and courteous outgoing personality
- strong administrative and organizational skills
- strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- mathematical aptitude
This is a Full Time position of at least 30 hours per week. You must have open availability for all shifts, nights and weekends.
