We build our own cultivation facilities exclusively growing our own Cannabis, package our own product, and sell it only from our own stores. The Position:

We are looking for a Gummy Line Operator for our Evart Cultivation Facility. Responsibilities include effectively preparing, producing, and cooking of cannabis infused edible Gummies products in a sanitary and timely manner for distribution within the State of Michigan. You will help maintain and ensure compliance with our production and kitchen schedule, while safely and efficiently using equipment and supplies. You will also assist in drafting and following all policies and procedures within the edibles department, including, but not limited to, good manufacturing practices, sanitation requirements, and adhering to Lume’s Standard Operating Procedures.

The Qualifications:

· Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

· Successfully pass a criminal background check as required by law

· Experience in a food production facility.

· Can accurately execute recipe formulations, adaptations, and/or conversions consistently and understands ingredient functionality

· Proficient math and measuring skills.

· Independent, self-starter with a high level of initiative; work with minimal supervision

· Detail-oriented with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and sanitation.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ```
Duties:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Set up and adjust machinery according to product specifications
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Operator or similar role in a food processing or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and food safety practices (e.g., CGMP)
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and product specifications
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating production quantities, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Please note that this position involves working in a fast-paced environment with strict adherence to food safety protocols. The successful candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in varying temperatures.
