We have an immediate opening for a Guitar Teacher. $30-50 an hour depending on credentials and ability. This could become a nearly full-time work over about a year if you like. We are constantly growing!

We are looking for a musician that understands that teaching music is (and should be) highly relational, and want to develop those relations. We are looking for a musician that want to grow as a musician; and teaching is a guaranteed path to growth if you care about your students and their needs and their growth! Not to mention, what really could be a better job than being a part of a team of great people doing important work in the community that pays well, and they get to choose their own schedule?!!
We are open to great student teachers as well. In fact, students and families love our student teachers! Must be at least 15, have reliable transportation, and be highly capable. To be qualified you must know all fundamentals (scales, chords, theory), and read at an extremely high level and be able to sight read well, and be committed to teaching students the same.
Must be good people. Professional, effective and on the ball as a communicator. Have good time management, and be willing to teach and take the music and the mission seriously.
Ideal candidate will also be able to teach and play bass guitar and ukulele as well.
