Chin Up! Aesthetics is seeking a Guest Services Specialist for our growing medical spa in Kennesaw, GA. This position will be the first of its kind, as Chin Up! Aesthetics continues to expand to more non-invasive treatment options for our established and new clientele, including cosmetic skin treatments. We are seeking someone who can bring positive energy to our practice and provide the very best guest experience for our patients throughout the patient life cycle (initial greeting to post treatment follow-up and everything in between).
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide a warm welcome
- General knowledge of injectables
- General knowledge of skin care
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Follow-up with our patients
- Properly educate our patients about Chin Up! Aesthetics service offerings
- Educate patients on current promotional offerings
- Constantly communicate with our patient base and build a positive relationship
- Ability to multi-task and grasp concepts/protocols quickly
- Spanish speaking is a plus ***_
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working in Medical Spa setting (Preferred)
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Autonomous
- Positive, pleasant and professional demeanor
- Effective relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule flexibility
- High level of interest of growth opportunity within company
- Previous MA experience
- Pervious experience working at medical office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
