JOB DUTIES:
· Coordinate the daily flow of guest scheduling, servicing, and check out.
· Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
· Demonstrate excellent personal/social skills while dealing with vendors, guests, staff, owners, etc.
· Display an ability to adapt to sudden changes throughout the day.
· Freely and openly take direction from Guest Services Supervisor, Salon Coordinator, and Owner
· Handle cash and other tenders of payment
· Learn and effectively use salon software, including any updates needed
· Perform administration duties accurately and in a timely manner
· Quick decision making
· Respond professionally and quickly to common inquiries or complaints from guests, staff or vendors.
· Run front desk area in an efficient manner and never leave the area unattended.
· Always Selling!! This includes in person and over the phone.
· Team Player. Supportive of staff needs.
· Understand and apply verbal instructions in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
