Guest Service
- Offer guests assistance whenever possible.
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
- Answers inquires pertaining to hotel policies and services.
- Must appropriately address guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotels services and accommodations.
- Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property.
- Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
- Efficiently handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks or travelers checks.
- Ensure that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Promotes Choice Privileges Rewards program with every guests and provides recognition and benefits to all.
- Keeps a log of all guest requests and arrangements.
- Assists guests with facsimiles, emails, and packages/mail.
