PAY: $17.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS:

• Your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, $140.00 Employee plus family

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing Players Club operations for an entire shift while performing essential functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for providing first class service to casino guests while promoting Players Club registrations and leading Players Club employees. Must be able to resolve customer complaints and concerns during assigned shift.
• Responsible for handling escalated customer issues regarding Players Club. Must be courteous and professional at all times especially when interacting with casino staff and casino guests.
• Must be able to follow guidelines of Players Club incentives and promotions to encourage casino guests to sign up for Players Club.
• Perform data entry on Players Club computer terminal while preparing and maintaining any required documentation for sign-ups.
• Present casino information in a helpful and friendly manner to casino guests. This information includes but is not limited to Players Club, casino amenities, promotions and events.
• Report directly to Guest Service Manager for requests, employee issues and discrepancies.
• Sustain acceptable performance as set by management guidelines.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• High school diploma or GED required and college degree preferred.
• Typing 25+ WPM and intermediate computer skills required.
• Some experience in related field preferred.
• Commitment to teamwork, leadership and disciplined prioritization.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity.
• Frequent lifting (up to 50lbs).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Casino environment.
• Fast paced atmosphere.
