Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience is REQUIRED.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Prioritization of Guest Services and experience. IE; You are a people person.
• Reliable & Responsible associates who have a desire to be on a team and work as a team. IE; Our staff is one big team, we all work together towards the same goals.
• An openness to communicate about performance in an effort to enhance our associate and guest experiences. IE; You are open to learn and G.R.O.W.
• Flexible scheduling including full/part-time position, and ability to work nights/weekends based on the needs of the business.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Informing guests on all promotions available
• Meeting expectations on KPIs; which involve Sales and Team Performance
• Prioritization of Guest Services and experience is a must. The Guest Service Representative is in charge of the first and last experience with our guests. Our guests are VIP.
• Daily Operations of Opening and Closing the center including sales, phones, cash transactions, accurate appointment logging, cleaning and restocking of retail.
