As the Guest Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to greet customers, educate them on our products and services, and perform the checkout process to ensure the customer's satisfaction after every transaction. You will effectively communicate with our service providers by notifying them of their client's arrival. You will also play an administrative role by assisting with inventory, maintaining visual standards, spa cleanliness, and perform opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, front desk hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
