The is looking for a passionate Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team!

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required - includes weekends and holidays, with a fluctuating schedule.

Pay Rate: $21.49 - $28.65 per hour, based on experience.

A Guest Service Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding Guest Service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assist Guests with the checking in and checking out process, providing the best customer service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Provide or obtain accurate information
