Some responsibilities include:
- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies
- Detail oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
Experience:
- 1 year: Professional Cleaning experience desired, preferably in hotels
- Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
