Position Overview:
As the Guest Experience Consultant, you will be supporting the delivery of exceptional service and creation of memorable experiences for our guests, particularly those hosting events and weddings. Your role will encompass a blend of hospitality management, event coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure that every interaction with our property exceeds expectations. There will be commission based incentives based on your performance. You will be expected to travel between our four properties based around Maryland Eastern Shore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Anticipate guest requirements and proactively address any issues or concerns to enhance their experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with event planners and wedding coordinators to facilitate seamless event execution.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly and according to the client's specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Property Management:
• Ensure housekeeping execute the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetics throughout the property.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all amenities and facilities are in pristine condition.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly and liaise with relevant personnel for resolution.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in creating engaging content for digital and print marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
• Ensure that all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts; Instagram to engage with followers, promote properties, and share relevant content.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and user engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in hospitality management, with a focus on luxury accommodations and events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in event planning and coordination, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality and event management.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
