Hospitality Associate, Cox's Creek (Warehouse and Bottling Facility) Visitor Center

Our Visitor Centers are the hub of customer-facing activity for Four Roses facilities! All Candidates must be comfortable speaking to people of all backgrounds, experiences, races, nationality, genders, sexual orientation, religions, and more. The VC welcomes over 100,000 guests a year and as a VC associate, you are representing Four Roses at all times. Unparalleled customer service, maintaining an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to take initiative are keys to success in this role. The Guest Experience, through experiential marketing, is a key tool to convert brand loyalists and build relationships with new customers for life.

Requirements and Expectations:

• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Handle stressful situations as they arise and discretely resolve.
• Comfortability engaging with guests – shopping in the VC, while they wait for tour to begin, checking guests out, greeting guests as they enter the VC.
• Open availability
  • Wednesday through Saturday 8:15a-5p
  • Sunday 11:15a-4:30p
  • Occasional extended hours for onsite events
  • Hours are subject to change
• Well-kept physical appearance and hygiene.
• Comfortable utilizing reservation and POS software.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screens.
Clean driving record and active driver's license.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing stairs, as the job requires to facilitate tours both indoors and outdoors. Ability to work in changing climates dependent on the season (hot, cold, snow rain etc.). Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Temp to Hire after 90 days following satisfactory job performance evaluation.
