Guest Experience Concierge
Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is looking for a Guest Experience Concierge that has a desire to create lasting impressions during a personalized arrival, departure and concierge experiences for our owners and guests.

What We Expect:
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Guest Services:
Demonstrate a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor towards owners and guests while assisting during their arrival and departure process.
Welcome and register guests, fulfill requests, and handle special instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.
Provide information on room rate and availability for current and future dates.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Residence Club amenities, services and hours of operation, key personnel, special events and activities, and local attractions.
Address guest problems or complaints in collaboration with management, keeping them well informed as to the problems and actions taken.
Reservation and Accommodation Management:
Successfully complete a room reservation for any given time period knowing what types of accommodations, rates and owners time available. In addition, the ability to properly distinguish between owner, renter, and exchanger reservations.
Select and block villas for arriving guests.
Assist owners with usage options, such as split weeks, double usage, exchanges, or Four Seasons credit.
Administrative and Technical Tasks:
Utilize the computer system for running daily reports, posting charges, and credits.
Communicate necessary information or requests to support departments.
Maintain a balanced bank and reconcile all transactions at the close of the shift.
Handle several telephone calls at any given time.
Offer clear directions to the Residence Club from any location.
Communicate clearly via radio with other staff members.
Make change, cash checks, and exchange foreign currency.
Safety & Emergency Response:
Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation while handling with maturity and professionalism.
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete key packets and modify registration cards.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff.
