Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Guest Attendant to join our team. As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, checking them in, and assisting them pre and post float. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests for appropriate trip times.
- Inform guests of provided gear and equipment, and general safety as necessary.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are up and attractive.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical fitness to assist with the loading and unloading of tubing equipment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
