Guest Attendant (Locker Room)

The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards providing adequate guidance to their lockers and amenities. They will anticipate and address guests’ service needs with courtesy and professionalism. The Locker Room Attendant will be able to explain and answer customer questions and explain different and unique areas of the SPA. They will work to monitor the Locker Room while keeping it organized and presentable.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year(s) customer service or hospitality experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communicative skills required.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with problem solving abilities .
• Must be able to be mobile consistently during your shift.
• Must be able to reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, wipe and lifting or carry up to 15 pounds.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
