As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. ```Duties```
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with luggage handling as needed

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in retail math and basic math calculations
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
- Experience with product demonstrations or technical sales is an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to stock supplies as needed
